Things usually run smooth, but occasionally, carriers make mistakes.
If it’s been more than 5 business days (or 2 for express) and your order hasn’t moved, shoot us a message at [email protected].

Do you offer free shipping?+
Yes. Shipping is free on all U.S. orders $30+.
Below that, we charge a small fee of $4-6.

We do ship internationally to most countries! And international shipping is FREE if your order is over $100.
